why a watermelon
@KhaosKitsune617 The watermelon actually has a rich history and is a symbol for Palestine! It started after the Six Day War when Israel took control of Gaza and the West Bank. Back then, displaying the Palestine flag was a criminal offence in those parts.
To get around this, Palestinians used the humble watermelon as it has the national colors; red, black, white and green!

@dizzyjump Ya know, you would have made a point if you brought up the fact the Palestine/Israel conflict has been going on for decades. But no, you had to regurgitate propaganda to make the apartheid appear innocent of all charges.

reposting videos tackling the subject/videos from reporters in Palestine. Bisan is one of the reporters I recommend, and YourfavoriteGuy on tiktok for good coverage on the topic.
Or if you are looking to send some money, I suggest donating Esims. Since trucks/other forms of support are being stopped from entering the next best thing is esims which will help people in Gaza communicate with family or the outside world!
